The Superior Studio was comfy, but the place lacked kitchen supplies.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was amazing. All the staff was very very nice and friendly and greeted us warmly. The location was incredible and stunning, just off the town centre and sights like the cathedral, all the pubs and restaurants, and the river, in an industrialised area. Plus, we stayed not too far away from a civil war museum.

Nicely planned studio spaces, thoughtful extras, unique historic building
Noise disruptions from adjacent supermarkets and poor soundproofing!!! Inconsistent heating and cooling. Inadequate kitchen space and inadequate drainage were quite annoying!!! A few updates could really enhance the experience!!!

comfortable stay with good amenities
The Superior Studio provided a very clean and cute environment, perfect for our needs. Arranging a mid-break refresh was simple, and the availability of a fan was a blessing during the heat. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like tea towels, coffee, and enough toilet paper for our stay. The shower size was superb, nice for a comfortable experience after exploring the area.
The only downside was some noise from outside. It was somewhat distracting at night.

We had a smooth check-in with clear instructions and our room was spacious and tidy upon arrival. Enjoying the rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The only thing we noticed was some early morning noise, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

We loved how the room was equipped with a stove and microwave. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the city centre where we found many family-friendly attractions. Plus, we appreciated the easy parking options available.
Our experience was slightly marred by a non-functional code for room access, forcing us to wait outside in the cold for a new one.

adequate stay but could improve
The Standard Studio was well-equipped for our weekend stay, great to enjoy privacy while meeting friends. It was also convenient to have access to local dining and entertainment options. The overall ambiance was a good mix of historic elements with modern touches.
The noise levels at night were slightly disturbing.

I had 2 lovely nights in Worcester. The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - a 10-15 minute walk from Swan Theatre. There were an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating in the rooms, which made them well-appointed.
